I went to look for the archive of the episode of the Dragon Page episode with Clarke's interview and their is no archived file. Can you repost it or maybe rerun the interview in one of your shows?

Little known trivia that might perk people up here. Mr Clarke was once told by a immigration officer that he could not allow him to enter the country unless he explained the ending to 2001. Mr Clarke responded, "It's simple really. Men evolved from apes, then men evolves into a star child. What's so hard about that?"

True story. I raise my glass to him, well done sir and you will be missed.

Let us also not forget the RAMA books he wrote, Rendezvous with Rama which details meeting an alien race and the three successive books he co-authored with Gentry Lee detailing the further interactions with the "Ramans" and what they did after seeing the best and worst in humanity. After "2001", these books are my favorites from Sir Arthur.
Yes, I know this should be probably posted on Dragon Page Cover to Cover or maybe as a topic for the Ninjas to discuss and on Slice of Scifi, but just on the slight chance that there are a few visitors here who haven't read these books yet and for some reason still haven't gone to these sites because the beer won't let them...
