Another one for you.
This is the show for our fans and listeners! Voicemails, emails, we want to hear your comments and feedback. If you amuse Michael or have something interesting to discuss you could make it into the main show otherwise you’re put into the voicemail show.

This week, Michael, Brian, Lejon, Kris, Thomas, Alan, Yooper, Randall, Eliza and Debbie ponder and thoughtfully comment on your voicemail submissions.
Submitting Listener comments: If you have any suggestions or comments, please let us know. You can now leave a voicemail comment in the comments section of the show, or call our Voicemail Number, 206-600-GEEK, or email Michael with a comment you’ve recorded yourself.
We have set up a Flickr page to show everyone the labels and or bottles of the drinks for each week, check it out here.
We’re in Second Life. Come check us out at the FarPoint Castle.
Tomorrow there will be a brand new show.

I was there during the live feed but couldn’t make out much more of “the other aussie” in the editied version.
Thanks again, Michael, for your statement at the start of the show. It wasn’t really a downer, but really showed the heartfelt connection to Joe. I never knew him in person, but his death had a way harder impact – and still has – than that of my aunt who died not too long after him.
Am I blind or isn’t there any link to the forums from the normal navigation part of the site?
I need to listen to the actual podcasts sometimes… *lol*
Well… I was sitting there feeling bad because it was the day that we lost Joe. All the emotions were not letting me get my editing done and I just felt I had to say something. That’s what came out. I’m still a bit sad today. Joe was more than a friend, he was like one of my kids, and I miss him dearly. ;-(
Mike,
It wasn’t a downer listening to your memories of Joe. Just strong.
Mike….the pre-show opening was a a nice touch. Joe was a hell of a cool guy….nobody had the sniper comedy one-line zingers like he did. I count myself darn lucky that I was able to meet him and hang out at Dragon*Con in 2006
Energy drinks
One of the Scottish listeners should arrange for a case of IRN BRU.
Honestly, one of the most vile things I’ve tasted in my life.
We tried the “diet” version first and said, oh it has to be because this is the diet version. Nope. Its’ the only time I’ve ever found that the diet version of ANYTHING tasted better.
What does it remind me of? Orange soda mixed with the worming medication we used to get as children….
Don’t go for anything bottled in North America – it has to be bottled in the UK for the true awfulness to be present.
oh, and your teeth will be stained orange too.
Firstly, excellent tribute to Joe Mike. It doesn’t seem like a year.
Secondly. OMG, I was trying to stay up to listen to the live feed, 6am Sydney time, but I couldn’t make it (still smashed) and I gather you played more of my… drunken messages. Nicely edited and a really quick turnaround – I’d only recorded them a couple of hours earlier. My better half listened to them last night too and she could barely understand me as well. I thought I was enunciating pretty well too considering
I thought the opening was very nice Mike. Never met Joe, but do miss his voice and insights. I thought it was very touching what you said. Here’s to Joe.

It’s my fraking birthday and all I got was one spam email. (sob)
Tim
Happy Birthday Tim!
Thanks Susie. At least someone cares. (sniff)
